WRF-Chem version 3.6.1
- Modifications include changes to the v3.6.1 code and addition of new scripts
- If any of the scripts below end in just a .F, the user can use the script as
  is. 
- If a script has a .F* extension, the user will need to remove anything after
  the .F.
- If a script has any extensions that end in .orig*, .LDA*, or .rf0*, the user
  will need to remove these.
